Affiliate links

Jolié Egg Books participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program and the Bookshop.org Affiliate Program. Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you make a qualifying purchase through one of them, JEB may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate links are identified where they appear, and using one does not change the price set by the retailer.

As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

Sponsored content

JEB sometimes works with publishers, audiobook platforms, retailers, and reader-adjacent brands. Sponsored content will be labeled clearly. Payment supports the work, but it does not buy a positive review, a particular rating, or permission to rewrite our opinion. We do not present sponsored performance as organic performance, and we do not recommend books we have not read.

Review copies and gifted books

When a publisher, author, or platform sends a book, an advance copy, an audiobook credit, or any other item at no charge, JEB says so in the post or page where that book is covered, not only here. A free copy buys a read, never a rating.

Editorial independence

Tee and Tam choose what belongs on the JEB shelf and keep the right to say when a book did not work for one of them. Ratings, disagreements, and verdicts remain theirs whether a link is affiliated, a copy was provided, or a campaign is paid.
